My favorite flavor of gelato is mint. After a hot and annoying day of touring, looking at art, and walking around, it is very refreshing to have a nice cold scoop of minty gelato. If the gelateria does not have the mint flavor, I like to get a mixture of a chocolatey flavor and a tart and sweet flavor. It too is refreshing and pumps a little sugar in my blood.
Today we woke up at around ten o'clock am. We had the usual breakfast of yogurt and a croissant with nutella. I read a little bit of my book, angels and demons before going in the pool which was cold and refreshing. After that we ate lunch (sandwiches) and drove to sienna. First we went to san dominico where we saw st catherines actual head and thumb. The thumb was skinny and shriveled and on the head, she still had on the habit and you could also see the sockets of her eyes.
