Besides Guernica, which was moving and humbling to see, my favorite was Handkerchief by picasso.
This was the first time we did not buy tickets in advance and we paid the price We were waiting in line for an hour and 15 minutes when we got close enough to realize that we were waiting in line for the Dali exhibit. We had another 30 min to go there and the museum rep told us we could get into general admission on the other side of the building with no wait. So we went to the other side, but one of the 2 cashiers was on break and there was a 30 minute line there. We had already lost our place in the Dali line, so we just went general admission. So 2 hours wait for 1:45 of art viewing.
Fiona was on my case this time making sure I was not going to pull a long stint like in the Prado (4 hours).
